Born and raised in Barbados, Adriana has made her mark in Barbados’ real estate industry, with a passion for connecting with people and a deep appreciation for her island home and its vibrant real estate landscape. 

Adriana first embarked on her real estate journey when she joined the Seaside Realty team in 2016, as an Administration and Holidays Rentals Agent. Her organizational skills and attention to detail quickly made her an invaluable asset to the team. Through this role, she gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry, ensuring smooth transactions and a memorable experience for her clients.

Driven by a desire to take on new challenges, Adriana transitioned to sales and long-term rentals in 2020. Her previous role as Administrator proved a highly invaluable asset in the way that it equipped her with an extensive knowledge of the market and its nuances. Eager to share her love for the island and its properties, she found her true calling and nailed three sales in her very first month.

With a relentless drive for success, Adriana was promoted to Head of Sales and Rentals in 2023. She prides herself on her unwavering commitment to excellence, efficiency, and uncompromising integrity. 

Balancing a professional and personal life, Adriana and her husband are proud parents to two “spicy” little girls. She is an avid equestrian and has been riding since age 6, having represented Barbados in local, regional, and international competitions. Aside from riding, she also has a love for training horses, specifically thoroughbreds who no longer have a career at the racetrack. Whether at home, in the stables, or on the job, Adriana’s vibrant personality shines through, as she’s always up for a good “belly” laugh, especially amongst friends.
