Raised in beautiful Barbados, Christopher had accomplished much throughout the years of being in the construction field. From progressively accomplishing his tertiary education level of tiling, carpentry, joinery, and plumbing, Christopher made no hesitation in contributing his skill sets in the construction arena.
With over 20 years of building experience, he aspires to become ever more conducive in his previous field which has driven him to embark on his career in the Real Estate arena. His ambition continued to ascertain the knowledgeable skills set and added experiences to better evolve around the real estate organization so to implement the best possible solution towards any problematic issues that can and may arise, and to mitigate reoccurrence.
Christopher first joined Seaside Realty team in 2019 as a Maintenance Manager, where his hands on experience and keen knowledge to detect and resolve issues or matters were quickly put into action. His passion to motivate and inspire others, along with grasping a better understanding of the real estate arena, has led him to further pursue his education so to become an asset in the industry. He pursued and attained a Supervisory Management Certificate and later achieved a Property Management Certification which has given him a better grasp of techniques and procedures in the real estate industry.
Apart from being a hard working individual striving for greatness, christopher is also a father of a beautiful fifteen year old daughter who he is very fond of. He loves the beach, especially the sunrise and sunset as this is spectacular to see. He loves to play road-tennis, football, and a good hike whenever the time arises.
Throughout his tenure at Seaside Realty, Christopher has always been dependable, reliable, and will go above and beyond toward achieving the task at hand in a timely and professional manner. His contribution has inspired the Property and Maintenance Department in the organization, along with his warm nature and courteous approach to suffice any owner or tenant.
