Kathy was born and raised in Trinidad and moved to Barbados with her mother at the age of seventeen. The following year she started working with a reputable company on the island and stayed with that company for eighteen years. Starting out in a clerical capacity she worked her way up to a managerial position. In that fast paced environment Kathy would have gained a wealth of experience in the areas of customer service and problem solving and enjoys doing both. She believes her time and experience there has prepared her for the world of real estate.
Kathy always had an interest in property and real estate and she successfully completed her studies in Property Management at The University of the West Indies in 2003. When the opportunity to join the Seaside team arose, she decided to take a huge step and pursue her dream of being a real estate agent.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and children and the company of good friends.
