Kayla was born and raised in Barbados where she attended St. Winifred’s School before earning an A.S. in Natural Science from Queen’s College. At the age of 18, she moved to the U.S. to further her education at the University of South Florida where she graduated with a first-class honors B.A. in Psychology. While living between the U.S. and Barbados, Kayla gained extensive experience in administration, customer service, and management having worked part time as a receptionist and store manager at a local company for 8 years before joining us at Seaside. Now that she is back home, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time and hopes to pursue a master’s degree at the University of the West Indies.
