Born and raised in Barbados, Shanta is a past student of Queen’s College and has completed studies in Property Management at the Barbados Community College and Marketing at the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity. Working extensively in the sales arena, she now pursues her passion and development in Property Management.
Shanta is also known as one of Barbados’ leading performing artist. A staple in the Soca arena and Crop Over scene. In 2015 her hit song “Hello” was used to launch the rebranded FLOW telecommunications company, not only in Barbados, but 14 Caribbean islands. Her music has taken her to perform on stages in various islands, Montreal, Miami and Germany.
