Jason was born and raised in Barbados. He is a lover of sports and achieved scholarships for football (soccer) at university level, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Marketing before moving back to Barbados. Upon his return, he joined the team at Westmoreland Hills Property Development and went on to further develop his marketing skills before transitioning into the Real Estate world, where he sold the remaining new build/concept luxury villas at Westmoreland Hills. 

With extensive knowledge and prior success, Jason joined the Seaside Realty team in November 2022 at 27 years old, making him the newest and youngest real estate agent in the company. With his bright smile and caring personality, he has successfully gained long-lasting relationships with both local and overseas clients, working with them closely to achieve their goals, whether it be to rent, purchase or sell. 

Outside of work, Jason has many hobbies, all of which are largely sports-related. He maintains his love for football by remaining an active player for Kickstart Football Club, and often enjoys playing Padel or a round of golf at the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland course, or the Barbados Golf Club. Beyond the sports world, Jason enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and pets, and looks forward to growing his own family with his fiancé and their three 3 dogs.
