Located on Worthing Main Road/Highway 7, you can easily walk to St. Lawrence Gap to the beach, restaurants, clubs and shops. Public transportation is right outside the door. Note that one bedroom has twin beds, and the other bedroom has a queen bed, and no door but can be closed off with a curtain for privacy. Both bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans. From the queen bedroom you can access a screened porch great for relaxing with a drink or having a BBQ. Indoors, in the living area, is a hammock for those who wish to relax indoors with the AC on. There is a full bathroom with a step-in shower and another half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a counter top for eating. The price includes water, tv/internet, natural gas and a landline for outgoing calls only. There is parking at the rear of the building. Minimum 6 month rental required.
