Situated in the basement of an extensively renovated Sunset Crest home, it has a private entrance tucked away among majestic golden palms. The walls are adorned with local artwork so it is bright and cheery. It is air-conditioned, tiled and comfortably furnished. This holiday home is a quiet and relaxing hideaway in an established residential neighbourhood yet in close proximity to shopping, beaches and restaurants, making it a highly desirable rental location.
The bedroom area accommodates 2 adults in a king sized bed. There is a well ventilated bathroom and a small kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, kitchen tools and gadgets. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi and basic weekly housekeeping services for stays of more than 14 days are complimentary. Laundry facilities are available on the property and there is free parking adjacent to house. The pond side patio adjacent to the entrance occupies a quiet corner of the fully enclosed garden and is a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush tropical greenery. If you happen to be here in mango season, the Julie mangoes are delicious, especially picked and eaten straight from the tree! Often families of Bajan monkeys will be frolicking in the mango and banana trees looking for their breakfast. Although cute, they are wild, so don’t try to pet or feed them.
If you’re a golfer the famous Sandy Lane Golf course wraps the Northern and Eastern boundaries of Sunset Crest. Nearby is the St. James Racquet club which is the premier private tennis club on the West coast of the Island. Guests are required to pay US$100 cleaning fee.
