Recently constructed and tastefully designed it shines with care – stainless steel used wherever possible, recycled pep shingle roof designed to withstand the beach environment, boat caulking to seal wood joints etc. This villa has been built to last.

Enjoy spectacular views of the beach and waves from the upstairs patio. On this level you will also find 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry room all located in over 2,000 sq.ft. The ground level boasts a large multi-purpose room with bathroom and two storage areas. This room could be configured as a games room, media room, gym, study or a 4th bedroom.

The house has been designed so that 1,000 sq.ft of additional space on the ground floor can be easily added to increase the covered areas of house.

Outside there is a two car covered garage with access directly into the ground floor of the house. There is a large fully fenced front lawn ideal for pets, animals, or entertaining and a newly added pool!
