Palm Villa

Situated in an elevated and peaceful location at Maynard's, St Peter, Palm Villa is a spacious five bedroom, five bathroom, two storey property with gardens that extend to one third of an acre.

The lounge and dining room are separated by a large entrance hall which keeps the whole of the ground floor open and airy. The recently installed kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher and is adjacent to the utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

For your entertainment the villa is fitted with a Sony Playstation 3 with games, a Blueray DVD player, cable television via one of our two 40” LCD televisions plus high speed internet Wi-Fi access throughout.

All bedrooms have remote controlled air conditioning units and a central ceiling fan. Palm Villa has the added bonus of offering a ground floor en-suite bedroom for those with restricted mobility. The master bedroom on the first floor also has the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom. The high vaulted ceilings throughout the upstairs accommodation provide a feeling of space which is enhanced by the gentle breeze which keeps the property pleasantly cool.

Two family bathrooms are located on the first floor and an additional one on the ground floor.

Our villa features an upstairs second lounge leading onto the spacious balcony terrace which offers stunning views of the garden, pool area, the Caribbean Sea and the outstanding Barbadian sunsets. If you are lucky you will catch sight of African Green monkeys wandering across the garden.

The extensive grounds include an 18' x 12' rectangular pool surrounded by a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and pool shower. The large garden has been landscaped to ensure an excellent level of privacy, and for those who like to enjoy a 'tipple or two', our villa has a garden bar room where you can also enjoy a selection of games. We have recently built a Petanque court in the garden which is also floodlit. To complete your Barbadian experience a BBQ is provided.
